TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — DRAFT 1. Seller. These terms apply to orders placed through www.vita4all.be by consumers with a delivery address in Belgium. The seller's official identity, company number, address and contact details will be published on the contact page before the shop opens. 2. Products and prices. The product page describes the main characteristics, ingredients, dosage and warnings. Read the label before use as well. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery costs and the total are shown before the order is placed. 3. Ordering and payment. You check your order and accept the terms before clicking “Place order and pay”. Payments are handled by Mollie. Your order is processed after payment has been confirmed. If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund. 4. Delivery. We deliver to addresses in Belgium. The estimated timeframe is 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. This is an estimate. We will inform you of any delay and respect your statutory rights. The selected delivery method and costs are shown in the order summary before payment. 5. Withdrawal. As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. The practical steps, return costs and refund details are set out on the Delivery & returns page. This right does not affect your statutory warranty. 6. Statutory warranty. New consumer goods are covered by a two-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery. Report any defect as soon as possible to info@vita4all.be. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund remain applicable. 7. Questions and complaints. Contact info@vita4all.be and include your order number. We will handle your enquiry as soon as possible. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
