DELIVERY & RETURNS — DRAFT Delivery within Belgium We aim to deliver within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your payment. This is an estimated timeframe. Delivery costs €4.95; standard delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. The correct amount and selected delivery method are shown in the order summary before payment. We will contact you if there is a delay. Withdrawal within 14 days You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the product. Clearly notify info@vita4all.be of your decision within that period, including your name and order number. You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form. After notifying us, return the products within 14 days. The return address will be published together with the final seller details before the shop opens. Refunds and return costs You pay the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we cover the return because of an error or defect. We refund the price received and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch. For a partial return of an order, the original delivery costs may still apply. Handling products You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reasonable amount for any loss of value resulting from use beyond this. Report damaged or incorrectly delivered products to info@vita4all.be; your statutory warranty remains applicable. Statutory warranty New consumer goods are covered by a two-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery. If you suspect a defect, contact the seller, rather than only the manufacturer.
