Privacy & cookies.

PRIVACY NOTICE — DRAFT Data controller The company behind Vita4All is responsible for processing personal data. Its final official name, address and company number will be added to the contact page before the shop opens. For privacy questions: info@vita4all.be. What data we process and why When you place an order, we process your name, email address, delivery address, ordered products, order amount, payment status and communications about the order. This information is necessary to perform the contract: payment, delivery, service and returns. We retain information required on invoices or in accounting records to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your order details for newsletters without a separate valid legal basis. Service providers The shop and order data are hosted by the hosting service used. Mollie processes payments; the shop receives the payment status and does not store full card details itself. Resend processes the information needed to send order and dispatch emails. The selected carrier receives the necessary name and address details for delivery. External Google Fonts may receive technical data, such as your IP address, when the site loads. The applicable privacy arrangements are made with service providers. Retention Order data is retained for as long as needed for the order, customer service, warranty and any disputes. Accounting documents are retained in accordance with the applicable statutory retention period, generally ten years. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Local storage and cookies Your basket contents are saved in your browser's local storage. We use an essential session cookie for secure administration. The shop currently does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your rights You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and, where applicable, object to processing. Write to info@vita4all.be. A statutory retention obligation may restrict deletion. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Transfers outside the EEA Before publication, each service provider is checked to establish whether data is processed outside the European Economic Area and what safeguards apply.
